We cover all added import duties and taxes. However, in some countries, local import duties and taxes might be added to international shipments upon reception. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver.
Orders from the Atelier Sale's Event are non-refundable.
Orders from the Atelier Sale's Event are eligible for returns against store credit only. Orders from the Atelier Sale's Event have to be returned a maximum of 3 days upon package delivery to be illegible for a store credit exchange.
Even when exchanging for the same style in a different size immediately, you are ordering from our Custom Orders and a different pricing and total balance to be paid on this new order will occur. Your store credit can be applied to this new order or any further purchase. Store credits have no expiry date.
Every returned order from the Atelier Sale's Event will incur a fixed restocking and return shipping fee of 75 CAD.

WHAT MAKES IT ONE OF A KIND?
This first try is made of a very special fabric made in Dundee Scotland. It has a rigidity to it, it’s rainproofed but does not resist well to abrasion. This beauty is 100% natural and very ecological, but not the most rugged. The front pockets are longer and much too thick. It is a very First Try but has a nice fit.
